Stunning and sexy vintage 1980s Victor Costa black dress topped with ridiculously fabulous, glossy and iridescent ultramarine feathers cupping the bust of this dress to create the look of total over the top drama!

Fitted and shaped to follow your every curve. The waist is ruched to really define the waist area. The skirt is like an upside down tulip with an opening on the left side. The dress zips up the back. It is fully lined. Boning from bust to hip creates an elegant line.

The feathers on the bodice overlap each other, creating a campy feel that is bold and dramatic.
