The sleeves are capped and short, have padded shoulders the bodice has ruching, which is followed by a peplum skirt. Back of dress has black buttons and zipper closure in bodice area. Inside of dress has Byer Too label, dress fabric is rayon, trim is listed as polyester and cotton, and dress is labeled a size 9. No flaws to note.
