Now THIS is how you do a little black dress. Black rayon knit form-fitting sweater dress with the most gorgeous details. The bodice is appliquéd with ornate satin ribbon swirled into fantastic floral shapes. The center upper chest is sheer black organza. The ribbon appliqué goes across the padded shoulders and down the 3/4length sleeves. The neckline and the sleeve cuffs are scalloped knit. The waist is nipped and there are a few gathers at the front hips that add just a touch of volume. The skirt has a VERY slight A-line but I would still consider it pretty fitted. Nylon zipper closure at the back. This dress is luxe and definitely appropriate for a swanky winter evening event.
