80’s Black Accordion Pleated Dress$195.00

WOW. What a STUNNING and unique piece!!!!

This dress is truly a work of art, with all the time and care put into the construction of a true masterpiece.

Bernard Perris was an assistant designer for Guy Laroche and a designer for Dior before starting his own line in the late 1960s!

This gorgeous dress is created from a thin, black shiny/glittery material that can look purple in some light (see photos for reference!), and is loaded up with incredible details.

The top half has two matching fabric buttons at the front neckline, long fitted sleeves with hidden zippers on the inside of the wrists, a fitted waist, a matching fabric peplum that lays over the skirt, matching fabric buttons down the back to the end of the peplum, and a two tier accordion pleated skirt that literally FLOUNCES due to the net interfacing sewn along the hem of the lining underneath and has a hidden zipper closure at center back.

There are also two thin shoulder pads sewn into the dress (can easily be cut out) and thick belt loops around the waist, but no belt that comes with it.

Only the skirt is lined, the rest is unlined. No pockets.
