Oh you know these. Always home-made. There were several patterns to make these using handkerchiefs. This one is made from a several hankies that were all the same. Navy grosgrain ribbon hand sewn onto waist for tie belt. This version nicely done, very "flirty skirty". Speaking of "flirty" these can be sexy fun in the boudoir. ....and wasn't it nice of me to iron it for the photos? Flawless.
