For the reference dress form is modern size 2 and skirts fits perfectly. Since it is elastic will fit for up to 34 inches waist.

Condition: Very good vintage with minor wear. Some wear to the elastic and upper part of chiffon. Not that noticeable while worn and obviously not at all if used as petticoat for dresses and skirts. Lace is intact and not stained. Cleaned and ready to wear under your full skirts.
