An 80’s baby himself, Snapneck Collection’s curator, known simply as “Ant”, has some decades’ worth of curating, manipulating, rocking, and styling handpicked gems from years past.
As of late, Ant’s been focusing more on the creative side of things - continuing his style exploits on his blog (SnapneckLife.com), while churning out customized reworked denim commissions to various degrees. From combing over racks of thrift shop and secondhand items, he creates and expresses his own (and requested) unique looks in a variety of distressed, recolored, tapered, and patchworked pants, jackets, tees, and hoodies.
The yearning for building a curation of items others have lived in and recreating to his own tastes, the love and attention shows expressly. In reviving pieces that would otherwise have sat in a landfill or thrift shop, ignored and unloved, Ant brings new life to items that have been hotly sought after as of late.
Turning heads is one thing - snapping necks is another. For the better, be the latter. Can’t go wrong with that.
