Pygn is a shop of sustainable vintage, handmade, and upcycled fashions. Choosing second hand pieces from Pygn helps get the maximum value out of them before they reach the end of their lifecycle. Our handmade products are also designed to be closed loop. We keep our packaging to a minimum and reuse where possible to reduce our eco footprint. The name, Pygn, was inspired by the passenger pigeon bird that went extinct in North America in 1914 due to the avarice and abusive hunting of frontier settlers. It is a reminder that as a society we need to be stewards of our planet and make it culturally taboo to not make choices that conserve the planet.
