This simple, yet elegant 1950's number is ready to get gussied up and accessorized...

An original 1950's piece, this dress comes in a moderately lightweight cotton corduroy, with fine wales, in a brilliant cool, lipstick red color. It has your typical 1950's dolman style sleeve, with 3/4 length, finished by upturned and winged cuffs. Featuring a widely winged collar, it has princess seams at the bodice, for an ultra fitted fit. The waistline features belt loops, to encourage a nipped waist with belt use (see second pic). The skirt is full, with a semi-circle cut, and the center front features a (super smooth) metal zipper and snap closure. Dress is completely unlined and without any labels or makers marks. Overall condition is excellent, with little to no signs of wear and no flaws!
