Laineybean Vintage
Sacramento, CA
One of my earliest memories was visiting my Aunt Soph and Uncle Leo and crawling under the dining table as I played with what she always called “Junk” jewelry. To me it was magical. All the grown ups were talking and eating at the table above, as I was in my glory playing with sparkling crystal clip on earrings, colorful bangle bracelets and bold topaz cocktail rings, under the table surrounded by their shoes and the tablecloth.
I’ve always been in love with vintage treasures, artwork, books, jewelry and clothes from different eras. I love the metamorphosis of design and style through time and changes in our culture. As a child of the 60s and 70s, I’m always nostalgic about the music, the styles, trends and colors. I’m thrilled to be doing what I love for a living and so glad that vintage is not only more interesting as a style choice, but it’s also “green” in terms of the health of our planet.
