This is a beautiful vintage 1970's dress. It is made of a soft cotton velvet. It is in a taupe tan color with green and burgundy floral print (I added outdoor full sun pictures to see the colors better). It has 4 gores in the sweep and the panels alternate between light and dark shades. The bodice is matched as well with darker side panels and a lighter center piece. It is very unique! It features a darted bust, sweetheart neckline with wider shoulder straps, fitted waist and a semi-full sweep.

It measures: 39" bust, 32" waist, 16" long shoulder to waist, 41" long shoulder to hem, full hips and a 95" circumference sweep.

Please note that clothing measurements are taken flat and doubled, unless otherwise noted. The bust is measured at the fullest part of the bodice, underarm to underarm, any pleats, darts, or formed cups are taken into consideration and measured to the nearest 1/4". Waist measurements are taken at the narrowest part of the natural waistline, empire waists are measures at the specific seam and noted as such. Hip measurements are taken from the circumference of the fullest area around the hip section. Overall length is measured from the top of the shoulder to the hemline, unless it is strapless then it will be noted where the measurement is taken from. Sleeves are measured from the top shoulder seam to the cuff unless otherwise noted.
