St. Tropez anyone? I can't entirely promise that this Cole of California dress has a fabulous hood. It could just be a ginormous cowl neck! Either way, this rocks! The slits on both sides show the beautiful gams that your mama gave you! There are a couple minor snags in the fabric but overall, excellent! I think it may have also been shortened during it's lifetime.
