Vintage 1980s 3 piece set. Includes top, skirt and belt. Black with pink, red green and white floral print. Peplum top that buttons up the back. Has a crew neckline, short puffy sleeves, and shoulder pads (easily removed). Pull on pencil skirt with elastic waistband. Matching belt. No material tag but feels like cotton or a cotton blend.
