This fun red and white ginham check ruffled long sleeve blouse is a classic. It is ruffled, has lace, a belt, and silver buttons! The blouse is bright and clean and has been stored at my elderly neighbors house for a long time. The material is a cotton/poly blend. This would look great with jeans, a skirt, or possibly as a mini dress. The hem has two extra inches that could be let out.
