It's not marked Avon but it's a known book piece in Sandra Sturdivant's book about Avon jewelry. It's porcelain with 24K gold trim. Book states “Porcelain Winter Scene Pin, 1991, very rare Victorian snow scene with 24K gold-trimmed porcelain.” Perfect condition, looks unused. See ruler shot to get idea of actual size.
