90s Cache Black Velvet Silver Blue Sequin Sheer Mesh Bust Asymmetric Dress

WHOA. An Absolute show stopper of a dress. I've never seen anything like it. Mesh cut out on the bust. Shoulders are loaded with tons of blue and silver beads/sequins. Asymmetric hem. High shoulder pads! A few sequins may be loose or missing but its not noticeable due to how many sequins there are to fill in. Overall excellent condition. There is no size tag but fits like a modern XS/S. Does not zip fully on my mannequin but zipper is functional. There small hook closure at top of the zipper is loose and needs a couple stitches to secure.

There is no size tag so please see measurements to ensure a proper fit. Measured flat unstretched.
