This 1980s dress with peplum is by Vicky Vaughn and features a cute paisley print on a silky polyester fabric. There is a belt attached at either side of the waist to tie in the back. Button and loop at the neck in back. Puffed sleeves with stiffening fabric reinforcement. Flattering princess seams. Vintage 11/12. Perfect for "back to school", or sexy secretary look. Excellent condition.
