Vintage 1980's burgundy velvet Victorian-style dress. Handmade. The velvet is probably polyester and has no stretch. The collar is part of an embroidered lace doily. Three-quarter sleeves. Back zipper. Not lined.

Very good vintage condition. Some minor indentions in the velvet and the collar is not totally symmetrical.
