What attracted you to vintage? Buying it? Wearing it?
I always loved colorful things but I was never a fashionista growing up. I started buying vintage because of the quality and style. You don’t see too many modern pieces made how they were back in the day.
What inspired you to open your vintage shop?
I thought opening a vintage shop would be cool because I always loved going thrift shopping and looking for hidden gems. I’ve came across so many cool things that I had to share my finds with the world.
Tell us a little about your vintage collection?
My collection of clothing is mostly curated of vintage from the 1980s and 1990s. I specialize in colorful pieces with cool prints. Color just brings so much joy and brightens your mood.
Why do you think it's important to support Black businesses?
It’s important to support Black businesses because when you support a Black business you're celebrating Black culture and creativity. It also creates generational wealth for the Black community.
